


I have some big news! I have been working on a book for quite some time, and it is finally just about ready! It is titled, Parenting In The Screen Age: A Guide for Calm Conversations.
This book is born out of my dedication to helping kids and teens develop in the healthiest way possible in our tech revolution, and to helping the adults in their lives who want the best for them. I know first hand how challenging this can all be as a parent and how getting evidence-based guidance can make all the difference.
