Keep phones and smartwatches 'Away For The Day' at school!
Research shows that kids and teens do better with phones, smartwatches and other personal devices put away during school hours. We hear every day from parents, teachers, and principals around the country that these devices are creating a huge distraction in schools, and they are ready for change.
The campaign website is full of research, example policies, best practice and advice to help you — parents, teachers, school leaders, and concerned individuals — start your journey towards creating a phone and device free school environment.
Our campaign to keep tech out of the bedroom.
Research shows that kids and teens sleep better when phones, smartwatches, video games, and other devices are kept out of the bedroom—especially at bedtime. Over 51% of U.S. teens are now getting insufficient sleep, and families across the country are looking for ways to help.
This campaign will offer research, expert advice, practical tips, and real-life examples to help you — parents, educators, health professionals, and concerned individuals — take steps toward tech-free sleep routines and healthier nights for you and your families.
